Osteopathy
What is Osteopathy?
Osteopaths are government registered allied health practitioners who complete extensive University training in anatomy, physiology, pathology, general health care diagnosis and osteopathic techniques. Osteopaths focus on the neuro-muscular system which includes bones, muscles, nerves and other tissues that support our body and control our movements.
Osteopaths provide musculoskeletal and nervous system assessments, manual therapy, clinical exercise programs, and may also offer ongoing support and educational advice about lifestyle, stress management, diet or other factors that may influence your pain, injury or movement.
