What to Expect in the Process

Your journey begins with a thorough initial consultation. You’ll complete a detailed health history form and will conduct a comprehensive assessment of your overall health. This process helps identify not only potential root causes of your concerns but also any systemic impacts related to your health issues. This session typically lasts 90 minutes.

Following your initial consultation, specific pathology or functional tests may be suggested. These assessments are designed to gain deeper insights into the underlying causes of your health concerns.

Using the information gathered from both the tests and our initial discussion a personalized treatment plan will be prescribed. This plan will focus on restoring your health and addressing the root causes of your issues.

As you progress through your treatment, guidance will be provided on diet and lifestyle modifications, as well as recommend additional supportive practitioners if needed. Once you start to feel better, your focus will shift to maintenance, which may involve simple dietary and lifestyle adjustments or a few ongoing supplements to support your continued well-being.
