Kylie Smart
ADHD Naturopath
As a neurodiverse naturopath, I specialise in supporting individuals of all ages, from children to adults, with ADHD. I recognise that ADHD, particularly in women, is often overlooked or misdiagnosed. If you've been feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsupported, I’m here to help change that.
While conventional medicine typically focuses on symptom management, it often misses the bigger picture, especially for women, where hormonal changes during menstruation, pregnancy, and menopause can influence ADHD symptoms. This can leave many women feeling uncertain or frustrated with their health and navigating conflicting health advice.
I take a holistic approach that goes beyond short-term solutions by exploring the underlying biochemistry of ADHD. This includes a deeper look at factors like gut health, hormonal balance, and emotional wellbeing, all of which can have a significant impact on managing ADHD symptoms effectively.
I offer a 6-Month ADHD Consultation Package as the exclusive way to work with me. This package structure provides a comprehensive, personalised approach to understanding and supporting your ADHD.

Erin Horne
Acupuncturist
Erin Horne is a Registered Acupuncturist with a Bachelor of Health Science (Acupuncture) from Endeavour College of Natural Health. Her path into acupuncture and Chinese medicine began after seeking relief from chronic back pain caused by an old snowboarding injury. The remarkable and lasting results she experienced with acupuncture and cupping inspired her to delve deeper into this ancient healing practice.
With a background in yoga, Erin discovered that acupuncture and Chinese medicine naturally complemented her wellness offerings, enhancing her holistic approach to health.
Throughout her studies, Erin had the privilege of working alongside Dr. Jiang Man, one of Brisbane’s most respected acupuncturists. She spent four years assisting in Dr. Man’s busy clinic and herbal dispensary, gaining invaluable hands-on experience that continues to shape her gentle and compassionate approach to patient care.
Passionate about stress management, Erin focuses on calming the nervous system and promoting deep relaxation to support the body's natural healing processes. Drawing from her experience in yoga and meditation, she integrates mindfulness techniques into her treatments to foster overall well-being.
